Inspired by the classic Balmacaan Coat in the 1920s. It is made of 25.4 oz. herringbone wool tweed. Unlike the modern common Balmacon coat, the back shoulder is for the raglan sleeve and the front to the suit sleeve process. Little information is available about this particular shoulder and sleeve process, except in some catalogs of men's clothing posters from the beginning of the last century. The advantage of this hybrid shoulder and sleeve is that it allows for a more three-dimensional visual effect while also making the upper limb movement easier.
