Returns

Olderbest offers a 30-day returning period. All our products are made to a very high standard and we hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy for whatever reason, we can offer either an exchange or refund of the goods.

Returns are processed within 5-10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. In order to make your refund be processed quickly, please get in touch with our customer service to let us know the tracking number after sending it out.

You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and provide your return tracking number within 30 days after the delivery date. No returns made after 30 days from the delivery date will be accepted.

We now offer local returns with shipping labels. This service ensures cost-free exchanges and we charge £5.99 return shipping fee on refunds for your orders. This offer is available for the following countries and areas: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Australia, Czech Republic, Portugal, Switzerland, Netherlands, South Korea, and Japan.
*For countries and areas not listed, returns must be sent to our China warehouse. For specific addresses and shipping options, please contact Customer Service.

How do I make a return?

  1. Enter Olderbest Return Center.
  2. Fill in the information for your order.
  3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
  4. We will provide you a return label to send the products back.
  5. Drop the parcel off at your nearest post office according to the return label.
  6. Keep the receipt and send it to cs@olderbest.com.

Important Notice:

  1. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags/packaging attached.
  2. You must use the return label we provide, then send the return package to us within 30 days after the delivery date. Additionally, we are not responsible for the loss of the package if it returned without permission.
  3. We can only process one time exchange/refund for items in your order.
  4. Undergarments(Socks, Boxer Shorts and Tank Tops), free gifts, 'final sale' products and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported on the product page, cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
  5. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  6. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  7. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  8. Please kindly provide us with what express you choose and the return tracking number once available. You may send them to cs@olderbest.com.
  9. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You can only return to the return warehouse address we provide.
  10. Please ensure you don't put non-Olderbest items in your return package by accident. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
  11. We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing";
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items;
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity;
  • Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Refunds

  1. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment.
  2. The original shipping fee and tip are non-refundable.
