Sizing

We recommend that you use our "SIZE & FIT" on the product page. It will contain measurements for various parts of the item. From this, you can measure against another of your currently owned items and compare for best fit.

Ordering

Browse our products and place items into your basket. You can then proceed to checkout where you can either check out as a guest or create an account for future orders.

Once your order is completed and we have received your payment, we will send a confirmation email to you, advising that your order is being processed. Goods will usually be shipped within 3 working days of confirmation of your order.

Please contact us immediately at info@olderbest.com. If the item has not been shipped, we will do our best to assist you.

No charges are payable on orders delivered to addresses within the US. Goods shipped in UK, Europe and other countries may be taxed at standard rates.

Shipping

Once your order is dispatched, you should receive an email with your tracking number, and you can track it on www.17track.net

All orders are shipped from Olderbest’s China warehouse.

About the UK: Delivery time is about 2-3 weeks;

About the US: Delivery time is about 15 workings days;

About Europe and other countries: Delivery time will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service, delivery approx 2-4 weeks.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return unwanted items within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition, you received them. And send an email to our customer service email info@olderbest.com

We will process your return on the same day we receive your items. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation (please check your junk folder!) Your refund will go back via the payment method you used when placing your order. Your bank will process the refund within 5-10 business days, and Please be patient.

If you receive a faulty item, please don't worry. Please get in touch with info@olderbest.com immediately. We will immediately arrange to issue new products for you.

If you receive an incorrect item, please don't worry. Please get in touch with info@olderbest.com and include your order number and email address. We'll take care of it for you.

If you are missing an item from your order, this is probably due to your order being dispatched in separate parcels. If this is the case, please check your emails, as we will have updated you via email on the status of your order. (Don't forget to check your junk folder in case it’s ended up in there!).
