Inspired by the 1950s US western shirt, and use indigo discharge print fabric.
In order to reproduce more vintage clothes with authentic flavor, Annual Ring team has searched nearly 100 kinds of century-old fabrics in the United States, France and Japan since 2018, some of which are even a piece of cloth as small as the palm of one's hand.
The fabric of the shirt is a reproduction of a piece of indigo cloth from the 1880s, with minor modifications to give it its original appearance. The cloth was made in the United States and exported to Africa, where it was later found by an American retro enthusiast. The printing pattern is seemingly simple, but it is not easy to produce. It was tried in four print dye factory, the depth of the bottom dye, the number of dyeing, the temperature and time of washing, and the previous debugging of the cloth sample for many times, so that the current satisfactory effect was achieved. The old cloth of 1880 has become thin and fragile after years of baptism. After many times of analysis and comparison, the thickness of the yarn has been increased, and the density has been improved, making the cloth surface more in line with the contemporary wearing environment.
This is indigo dyeing cloth, in daily life, there will be a certain amount of fade and cross color, so as to change with a unique trace of personal wear.
